Water Supply Treatment and Distribution System Design

Water supplies serving the public are regulated by County or State agencies and require treatment and distribution review and approval. Peak will prepare a design plan, application and coordination of review with the agency determined to regulate the service including an Engineer’s Report outlining the water flow/demand, storage, treatment, and distribution system proposed, including manufactures specifications, analytical report of water samples and owner/operator monitoring and reporting requirements. The design will be based upon the current New York State Department of Health Requirements and will also meet any addition County Health Department requirements.

Peak has developed plans for rainwater collection and distribution systems to be included to provide supplementary non-potable water supply, this has been implemented on small and large scale projects as a water saving and stormwater runoff reduction practice.
