Annual Bridge Inspection, State of Massachusetts

Peak Engineering provides the annual bridge inspection for a commercial shopping centers entrance bridge. It is required in the State of Massachusetts that the privately owned structure be inspected following the same requirements for the state bridges.

The multi-steel girder structure is founded on foundations that rest on MSE walls. Continued monitoring of the MSE walls is completed by Peak Engineering to identify any movements or shifts of the walls. Each year the bridge inspection is completed using MASSHWY format and the results recorded.
